Job Summary

The IT/Systems Analyst supports the auditing and advisory functions of the organization by evaluating client IT systems and processes against applicable ISO standards and best practices. The role involves performing system assessments, compliance reviews, risk evaluations, and providing insights to help clients enhance their IT governance, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support IT Management Systems Audits
    • Assist in audits based on ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000, etc., assessing IT systems and controls.
  2. Conduct Systems Analysis & Risk Assessments
    • Evaluate client IT environments to identify gaps, risks, and areas for compliance or improvement.
  3. Prepare Audit Reports & Documentation
    • Document findings and recommendations clearly; support in creating audit tools and checklists.
  4. Provide Client Advisory Services
    • Guide clients on IT best practices and assist in remediation and system enhancement efforts.
  5. Monitor Standards & Regulatory Compliance
    • Stay current with ISO standards and IT governance trends impacting audit practices.
  6. Support Internal IT Functions (Optional)
    • Assist with internal system support and deployment of audit technologies, if required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA, or ITIL are highly desirable.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in IT systems analysis, auditing, or compliance—preferably within a consultancy or audit firm.
  • Familiarity with various management system standards.
